Mindset is everything
Your mindset is everything & how you overcome that is only down to you as no one else can really do it for you. But when we become stuck in the rut of life at 100mph, we tend to be focusing on the wrong things. Only by changing the state of mind, can we change our behaviours, when we change the behaviours, we can change our state of mind.
The only thing keeping you from having what you want, the happiness, life, and fulfilment you desire, are emotional and spiritual blockages.

While the sources of stress have evolved with societal and technological advancements, the fundamental experience of stress itself, remains a huge part of the human condition. Our modern day stresses often revolve around cognitive and social pressures, whereas our ancestors’ stresses were more immediate and physical, which when we look at humanity today in 2025, we are reverting back to our survival instincts, without the Ancestal knowledge to boot! Here’s a few we can all relate to:
1. Technology and Information Overload: We are constantly bombarded with information through the television, internet, social media, and digital devices. This can lead to mental fatigue from information overload and anxiety.
2. Work Environment: Many people work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with long hours and job insecurity. The nature of work has also shifted towards more sedentary jobs. Our ancestors work was more survival, think hunter gatherer, but they were more in Nature than humanity today.
3. Economic Pressures: The cost of living, inflation, and personal and economic instability are major sources of stress and a huge contributory factor in todays declining mental health.
4. Healthcare and Disease: We have access to advanced healthcare, but chronic diseases, pandemics, and the healthcare system itself can be huge stressors. Our Ancestors gained longevity through more readily available nutrients they produced themselves and were aware of the power of holistical practices such as plant medicine.
5. Social and Environmental Concerns: Global issues such as climate change, geopolitical tensions, and social justice movements can cause widespread anxiety.
Even though we can all appreciate the advancements we’ve made, we also recognise the unique challenges we face today.
